Order
How do I place an order?
Ordering is quite simple, you click on the shop to see all products. Click on the product that you can steal the show with, choose a size and add it to your shopping cart. Now you end up in your shopping cart and get an overview of your product(s), the rest is easy.
Do I need an account?
No, we only need an address to ship your products. But creating an account is very useful for future orders.
Payment
How can I pay?
At Gareth & Lucas you shop safely and reliably. You can pay with us using the payment methods below.
iDeal
With iDeal you can pay online via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank. The purchase amount is directly debited from your bank account and the order is immediately approved.
Credit Card
You can pay with MasterCard, American Express or VISA. When paying for your order, choose the credit card company you are affiliated with. Then follow the steps in the trusted internet environment of the credit card company. Your order will then be approved immediately.
ApplePay
With Apple Pay you pay for your purchases securely. You use your fingerprint or your smile as your password. When you make a purchase, Apple Pay uses a device-specific number and unique transaction code. Payments always remain private and your card number is not shared with Apple.
Delivery
What are the delivery options?
Orders are delivered via PostNL and DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
We do not charge shipping costs within the Netherlands. We try to send your order as soon as possible with our shipping partner.
What is your delivery time?
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
If we are unable to do this, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.
Orders placed before 22:00 will be processed the same day. Exception on Saturday and Sunday.
How can I track my order?
Immediately after your order is completed, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. At the moment your package leaves the door, you will receive an email from us with the Track & Trace. Please note! It can take up to 12 hours after receipt for this code to work.
Returns
How can I return my products?
You can easily return your products by registering your return via this link . Follow the steps in the return portal and make sure you return the package to the specified carrier within 14 days.
What are the return costs?
Return shipping is free. If all conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount to the account from which the original payment was made after receipt. Credit card payments can take up to 14 days.
What are the return conditions?
You can return products within 30 days, as long as they are unworn and all original tags are still attached to the item. In addition, the item must not contain any signs of use or stains.
Please note! If an item does not meet our return conditions, you cannot return it. Our return processing determines whether a returned item meets the conditions based on various tests. If your return does not meet the conditions, we cannot process it and cannot refund you.
